Description:
Madar Emirates for Building Materials is currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage documentation processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth administrative operations within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling company documents, maintaining filing systems, and supporting daily administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, manage, and maintain all company documents in both digital and physical formats
• Ensure proper document tracking, filing, and retrieval systems are in place and consistently followed
• Handle incoming and outgoing documentation while maintaining proper records
• Support administrative functions and ensure documentation processes run smoothly
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation, administration, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of filing systems and document tracking procedures
• Excellent typing speed with a minimum requirement of 80 words per minute
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
