Document Controller (Electrical Projects)

Joining: Immediate

Salary: will be decided after the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and control all project documents and drawings

• Maintain proper document numbering, version control, and filing systems

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for document flow

• Ensure timely submission and retrieval of drawings, RFIs, MIRs, and reports

• Track approvals, revisions, and distribution of documents

• Maintain document registers and project records as per company SOPs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience as a Document Controller

• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems

• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents

• Immediate joiner preferred
