Document Controller (Electrical Projects)
Joining: Immediate
Salary: will be decided after the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and control all project documents and drawings
- Maintain proper document numbering, version control, and filing systems
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for document flow
- Ensure timely submission and retrieval of drawings, RFIs, MIRs, and reports
- Track approvals, revisions, and distribution of documents
- Maintain document registers and project records as per company SOPs
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Document Controller
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
- Immediate joiner preferred
