Job Title: Document Controller

About Us

Edgecraft Interior Fitout LLC is a rapidly growing interior fit?out company in Dubai. We are looking for an organized and detail?oriented Document Controller to support our project and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project documents (soft & hard copies)
  • Maintain updated records of drawings, LPOs, material approvals, and site reports
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and documentation tracking
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers
  • Prepare daily/weekly documentation reports
  • Ensure documents are submitted, received, and archived correctly
  • Support procurement and project teams with document flow

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Document Controller (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in interior fit?out documentation is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
