Description:
Mindr, through its Intoxalock brand, is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Associate to join its remote sales team. The company provides substance use safety, detection, and monitoring solutions designed to help individuals make responsible choices and support safer communities.
The successful candidate will manage warm leads, communicate with potential customers in English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule product installations. This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and working in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warm inbound leads and communicate with prospects through phone and digital channels.
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish while providing professional support.
• Close sales opportunities and schedule installation appointments.
• Understand customer needs, build value, and overcome objections effectively.
• Maintain required quality standards and achieve performance goals.
• Follow up with active prospects in a timely and organized manner.
• Collaborate with sales management to improve performance and sales processes.
• Understand the complete sales cycle from lead generation through successful closing.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and manage personal earning potential.
• Previous remote work experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer service, sales processes, and lead management.
• Relationship building, communication, and objection handling.
• Digital sales tools and remote work practices.
