Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Digital Marketer with deep media buying capabilities to elevate our brand presence and drive premium investor lead acquisition across our digital channels. Your core focus is to engineer, launch, and optimize high-converting multi-platform digital campaigns while translating real estate narratives into captivating visual media. This role bridges analytical paid advertising with hands-on creative production; you will be entirely responsible for budget allocations, audience targeting matrices, video editing, and graphic asset design. The ideal candidate is an agile marketer who understands how to capture the attention of high-net-worth real estate buyers and convert digital views into qualified sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Buying & Lead Optimization
- Formulate and deploy agile digital marketing roadmaps focused on elevating luxury brand visibility and acquiring high-intent property investment leads.
- Allocate monthly advertising budgets, manage audience profile modeling, refine bidding systems, and track return on investment (ROI) metrics continuously.
- Plan, execute, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and emerging real estate distribution platforms.
- Monitor campaign analytical frameworks, generating structured weekly reports that turn raw metrics into clear adjustments for future growth.
Social Media Ownership & Brand Engagement
- Structure, maintain, and expand the brand's voice and community footprints across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Maintain a highly structured media publishing calendar synchronized with active property project launches and corporate open-day events.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house sales and creative teams to ensure all outward digital messaging aligns perfectly with corporate goals.
- Monitor industry trends, changing algorithm updates, and modern real estate presentation layouts to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Visual Content Creation & Video Editing
- Produce, edit, and assemble high-retention video assets, lifestyle walk-throughs, property reels, and promotional video clips.
- Utilize advanced editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or matching applications to produce fluid, broadcast-ready digital video stories.
- Structure video project timelines, audio layering, caption tracks, and engaging call-to-action cards tailored for mobile viewers.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
- Conceptualize and design striking digital banners, website landing graphics, social media tiles, and YouTube presentation thumbnails.
- Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to maintain complete visual brand continuity across all public advertising channels.
- Ensure all typography, color palettes, and imagery formats match the high-end expectations of our off-plan real estate investment portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Academic & Technical Grounding
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Corporate Communications, or an equivalent creative field.
- Paid Advertising Literacy: Practical, hands-on mastery of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and modern web analytics frameworks.
- Creative Software Competency: Direct, intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in graphic illustration tools (Photoshop/Canva) and digital video suites (Premiere Pro/CapCut).
- Marketing Foundations: Solid grasp of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) foundations, high-converting copy frameworks, and corporate content strategies.
