Description:
New Age Insurance Brokers L.L.C. is seeking a highly capable and strategic Digital, Data & Operations Analyst to join their team in Dubai. This role is suited for a professional who can take full ownership of IT functions while leading digital transformation initiatives and improving operational efficiency across the organization.
The selected candidate will play a key role in modernizing systems, enhancing workflows through automation, and ensuring that all digital operations align with regulatory and governance standards within the UAE financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute digital transformation projects to enhance business performance and efficiency
• Optimize and streamline internal processes through automation and smart technology solutions
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure service delivery, system reliability, and performance
• Ensure compliance with UAE PDPL and Central Bank of UAE regulations
• Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring data security, accuracy, and integrity
• Act as the primary internal IT point of contact, providing support for day-to-day operational needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or operational roles
• Prior experience within financial services or insurance sector will be an advantage
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to handle external partners effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and deliver measurable impact
