A company based in Dubai is currently looking to hire a Digital Brand Marketing Associate to support its marketing and brand development initiatives. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for marketing professionals who have experience managing digital campaigns and are passionate about brand growth, online engagement, and e-commerce performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires someone who can combine creative thinking with strong analytical skills to ensure campaigns reach the right audience and deliver measurable business results.
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the Digital Brand Marketing Associate will help strengthen the company’s online presence, improve brand visibility, and drive customer engagement through various digital platforms. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to achieve the best return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Support business growth by driving online sales through aggregator platforms and e-commerce channels
- Manage and maintain the brand’s content calendar while overseeing daily social media activities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing budgets to improve ROI
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies as well as internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging and digital presence across all online platforms
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, with preference for candidates who have worked in the F&B or e-commerce sector
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing data and campaign performance
- Good project management and coordination skills when working with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience working with external marketing or advertising agencies
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing marketing initiatives
