Description:
A leading consultancy based in Dubai is currently seeking experienced Design Managers and Assistant Design Managers to support a portfolio of high-profile and flagship projects across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for design professionals aiming to advance their careers within a reputable and collaborative consultancy environment.
The selected candidates will play a key role in managing design processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex architectural and planning projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support design coordination across multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage architectural and design development from concept through execution stages
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure design quality, compliance, and alignment with project objectives
• Oversee design documentation, reviews, and project reporting
• Engage in stakeholder communication and project presentations
• Support project planning and execution within timelines and budgets
• Ensure effective collaboration across hospitality, mixed-use, and masterplanning projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hospitality, mixed-use, and/or masterplanning projects
• Strong background in multidisciplinary design coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational, technical, and written communication abilities
• Consultancy background is highly preferred
• Degree in Architecture or related design discipline is preferred
• Middle East experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
