Job Description

Role Overview

You will drive revenue growth by connecting individuals and small businesses with investment products that match their financial goals. Day to day, you’ll prospect new leads, conduct product presentations, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Your success directly expands the company’s market reach while helping clients build wealth over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct one-on-one client consultations to assess financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Present and explain a range of investment options, including mutual funds, bonds, and structured products.
  • Prepare tailored investment proposals and respond to client questions or objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system daily.
  • Collaborate with the mentorship team to refine sales scripts and product knowledge.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Track personal sales targets and provide weekly progress reports to the sales manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Any recognised certification in investment products (e.g., CFP, CISI, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in financial services, will be considered.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
