Description:
Lotus Debt Management is seeking an experienced Debt Management Counsellor (Arabic Speaker) to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals regain financial stability through expert guidance and personalized debt management solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide financial counselling, develop debt management strategies, and support debt consolidation and financial restructuring initiatives. If you have experience working with UAE banks or collection agencies and are fluent in both Arabic and English, this role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional debt management counselling to clients.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable debt solutions.
• Assist with debt consolidation and financial restructuring plans.
• Liaise with UAE banks and collection agencies when required.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidential handling of financial information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support.
Requirements:
• Experience working with UAE banks and/or collection agencies.
• Strong knowledge of debt management, debt consolidation, and financial restructuring.
• Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
