Location: Inside SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customs PRO to manage all customs and government-related documentation and procedures within SAIF Zone. The role requires strong hands-on experience with SAIF Zone regulations, customs clearance processes, and authority coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customs documentation and clearance processes within SAIF Zone
- Coordinate with SAIF Zone Authority, Customs, and relevant government departments
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on import/export documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and SAIF Zone regulations
- Manage gate passes, approvals, permits, and related documentation
- Track shipments and resolve customs-related issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and approvals
Requirements
- Proven experience working inside SAIF Zone (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Customs PRO or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAIF Zone customs procedures and systems
- Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision
