Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist our customers by actively listening to their queries and providing effective solutions. This role focuses solely on customer service, not telemarketing or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and messages in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer requests, clarify desired information, and resolve concerns.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
- Take the extra mile to engage and help customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Must speak Hindi, Urdu, and English fluently. Arabic is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience: Previous call center customer service experience is required. Inbound call experience preferred.
- Software (preferred): 3CX, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Bitrix24.
Important Note
This is a customer support position focused on resolving customer concerns — it is not a telemarketing role. You will not be asked to generate leads or achieve monthly targets.
