Customer Service Representative

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver high-quality service in both Arabic and English.
  • Work flexible rotational shifts as required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written & spoken).
  • Previous customer service experience (back-office experience is a plus).
  • Able to start within one week (immediate hiring).
