Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver high-quality service in both Arabic and English.
- Work flexible rotational shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written & spoken).
- Previous customer service experience (back-office experience is a plus).
