Saudi German Hospital UAE is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join its Mental Health Clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with healthcare front-office experience who are committed to delivering exceptional patient service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
The selected candidate will support daily front-desk operations, assist patients with administrative processes, and manage insurance-related tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide a positive experience for patients visiting the mental health clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with appointments and front-desk inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorizations.
• Handle billing inquiries, co-payments, deductibles, and payment processing.
• Follow up on insurance claims and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide professional customer support at all times.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of front-office experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, billing, co-payments, deductibles, and claims follow-up.
• Previous experience in a Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Psychology clinic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Empathetic, professional, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Strong knowledge of:
• Insurance verification and pre-authorization procedures.
