Description:
Citydrinks is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a consistently positive service experience. The position requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily customer service operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and evaluating customer service staff activities while providing regular performance-related feedback.
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring the daily operations of the customer service function.
- Supporting customer service team members with their duties when required.
- Training staff on customer service standards, procedures, and company policies.
- Managing customer service coverage and customer flow to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Reviewing and validating product returns, exchanges, and void transactions.
- Investigating customer complaints and implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of customer service policies to both staff and customers.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer service activities.
- Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with knowledge of logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in customer support, customer care, and customer relations.
- Familiarity with the industry is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and customer management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and professionalism when handling challenging customer situations.
- Willingness to work in an alcohol-related business environment.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
