Maverick School Transport is a trusted school bus transport company in Dubai, providing safe and reliable transport for students for over 15 years. We are looking for a senior customer service team member who is able to value add and enhance our customer care and support.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our team and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and reply to all communications, including incoming emails, messages through portal, telephone calls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Track and follow up on requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong written English communication
  • Organized and detail-focused
  • Proactive and reliable
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Friendly and professional mindset
  • Experience of working in transport industry or /and school is preferred.
