Maverick School Transport is a trusted school bus transport company in Dubai, providing safe and reliable transport for students for over 15 years. We are looking for a senior customer service team member who is able to value add and enhance our customer care and support.
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our team and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and reply to all communications, including incoming emails, messages through portal, telephone calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Track and follow up on requests
- Ensure timely and accurate communication

- Strong written English communication
- Organized and detail-focused
- Proactive and reliable
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly and professional mindset
- Experience of working in transport industry or /and school is preferred.
