Description:
Kricon Global FZCO is expanding its ISO tank container operations into the global market and is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Executive to join its new Dubai office. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in building local operations while supporting customers across multiple international regions.
The position combines customer service with operational coordination, ensuring smooth ISO tank shipments from booking to final delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with teams and business partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate ISO tank movements, including planning, documentation, depot and cleaning arrangements, and scheduling.
• Liaise with shipping lines, depots, hauliers, and cleaning stations to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor shipments from start to finish and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including bookings, invoices, certificates, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
• Assist in establishing and improving local operational processes for the Dubai office.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, tank container operations, or a related field.
• Experience with ISO tanks, bulk liquid transportation, or chemical logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams across different time zones.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
