• Salary: Up to AED 7,000 (based on experience) + Incentives + Benefits
Arabic Speakers Preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer service or a similar role
Job Role:
• Act as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service
• Assist and educate customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional
manner
• Promote digital products while maintaining service excellence standards
