We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Officer-Arabic Speaker for one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai.
Role: To manage customer cases, ensure timely resolutions, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve CRM cases in line with company procedures and SLAs
- Review and ensure accurate case closure with proper classification and resolution details
- Communicate updates to customers through phone, email, or other channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate complex cases and identify improvements to reduce complaints
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office with good problem-solving abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred.
