Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Officer-Arabic Speaker for one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai.

Role: To manage customer cases, ensure timely resolutions, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve CRM cases in line with company procedures and SLAs
• Review and ensure accurate case closure with proper classification and resolution details
• Communicate updates to customers through phone, email, or other channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Escalate complex cases and identify improvements to reduce complaints

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office with good problem-solving abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred.
