Job Description

are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive expertise in freight to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in freight services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related freight services in a timely and professional manner.
