Description:

Sprint Logistic Services LLC is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join its expanding operations in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the UAE freight forwarding industry who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced and service-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating freight forwarding activities, and ensuring smooth import and export operations. Candidates who can join immediately and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer service activities related to freight forwarding operations.

• Coordinate import and export shipments while ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams.

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate shipment updates.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering efficient and reliable service.

• Ensure documentation and operational processes comply with UAE customs requirements and company procedures.

• Work closely with operations teams to resolve shipment issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry.

• Strong understanding of import and export operations.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.

    • Incoterms

    • UAE Customs Procedures
