Description:
We are looking to hire a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to become part of a well-established Sports & Fitness Club based in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with club members.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, energetic, and capable of handling inquiries efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.

• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all members and visitors
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Support front desk operations and assist in daily customer interactions
• Maintain complete knowledge of club services, packages, and ongoing promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and engagement
• Ensure a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer service roles within Fitness, Sports, or Hospitality sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a presentable and pleasant personality
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
• Strong understanding of premium customer service standards
• Fluency in Arabic will be considered an added advantage
