Deliver excellent member service and ensure a welcoming experience.
Handle membership inquiries, packages, pricing, and onboarding.
Manage complaints professionally and support service recovery.
Coordinate bookings for classes, facilities, and training sessions.
Respond across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
