Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Emirati (UAE National) to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping customer experience by engaging with customers after service, gathering valuable feedback, and helping us continuously improve our operations.

This is not just a calling role — you are the voice of the customer inside the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to customers to assess satisfaction levels
  • Capture customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions accurately and clearly
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure customers feel heard and valued
  • Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams for immediate action
  • Identify patterns and trends in feedback and share insights with management
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented and tracked

What We’re Looking For

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Confident speaker with good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to record and manage data accurately
  • Patient, approachable, and able to handle different customer personalities
  • Prior experience in customer service or call handling is an advantage
