Joyalukkas Exchange is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to provide top-notch service to clients and support the operations of their Dubai branch. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries regarding exchange rates, remittance services, and other financial offerings. You will process foreign currency exchange and international money transfer transactions accurately, ensure proper documentation, and maintain compliance with KYC/AML regulations. Responsibilities also include managing customer registration, handling cash transactions, balancing tills, and resolving any customer concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:
