Almadallah Healthcare Management is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background who are passionate about providing excellent customer support and assisting patients and clients with professional service.
The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support related to healthcare services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Applicants must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services.
• Assist patients and clients with service-related requests and concerns.
• Communicate professionally with customers in Arabic and English.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field is mandatory.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous customer service experience is required, preferably within the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
