Description:

Legacy Emirates is currently hiring experienced and customer-oriented Customer Service Agents to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in delivering outstanding customer support and are capable of managing multiple communication channels in a fast-paced hospitality and travel services environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s service excellence standards. This role also involves building lasting customer relationships and supporting business growth through service promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly عبر phone, email, live chat, and other communication platforms

• Identify customer issues, provide effective solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary

• Promote additional services and products where appropriate to support revenue objectives

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through positive and professional interactions

• Keep accurate records of customer communications and prepare necessary service reports

• Stay updated on company services, products, and policies to provide accurate information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles

• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve problems efficiently

• Professional attitude with strong cultural awareness and customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle multiple communication channels and tasks simultaneously
