Hiring: Customer Service Agent – Dubai
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with 2+ years of experience in customer experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Key Highlights:
• Handle end-to-end customer experience & escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer journey
• Manage social media queries & support marketing initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements
Salary: AED 4,500/month
Benefits: Medical + annual airfare (self)
Full-time | 5 days/week + 1 weekend day/month
Location: Dubai
