STAR SERVICES is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team at DWC Freezone, Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in distribution and warehouse operations who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operational support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating shipments, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and preparing invoices and operational reports while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage customer orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in inventory control and warehouse distribution activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the distribution department at Expeditors.
• Experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Distribution and warehouse operations
• Inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
