Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the vacation planning process.

• Assist clients with creating personalized travel experiences and vacation plans.

• Coordinate travel reservations, bookings, and itinerary details.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.

• Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages.

• Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation.

• Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, and supplier offerings.

• Ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience from beginning to end.
