- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and feedback

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in healthcare operations, patient care, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and hospital workflows is preferred
