Description:
Medcare Hospital and Medcare Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital in Dubai are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join their ICU team. The organization is looking for a dedicated healthcare professional who is experienced in managing critical patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment.
This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a leading healthcare provider in the UAE.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in providing continuous monitoring, clinical support, and specialized care to critically ill patients while ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to critical changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and DHA regulations
• Assist in emergency interventions and life-saving procedures when required
• Support patients and families with care updates and emotional support
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Requirements:
• DHA Eligibility or valid DHA License is mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills in critical environments
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress medical situations
Preferred:
• Tagalog-speaking candidates will be an advantage
• Arabic-speaking candidates will also be preferred
