Job Title: Country Business Analyst
Department: Africa Digital & IT Transformation
Job Summary
This role is based within the Africa Digital & IT Transformation department. The Country Business Analyst (CBA) is expected to be self-sufficient, effectively managing their workload and priorities in alignment with the needs of the local business. Acting as a liaison and business partner, the CBA works with cross-functional teams to identify value-add, growth, and improvement opportunities.
The role involves building strong working relationships with business functions in-market and across the region, enabling effective and smooth running of the business through Data & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business applications, business processes, and support users in their day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate, plan, and lead Digital and Technology-related activities.
- Act as a business partner, liaising between local business needs and the Digital & IT Transformation department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-add, growth, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business functions in-market and across the region.
- Ensure effective and smooth running of the business through the strategic use of Data & Technology.
Qualifications & Experience
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a digital or IT transformation context.
- Strong understanding of business applications, processes, and user support.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across markets and regions.
- Experience in coordinating and leading digital and technology initiatives.
- Ability to identify and drive value-add, growth, and improvement opportunities.
