El Lujo Project Management Services LLC is seeking a skilled Cost Analyst / Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with UAE construction experience and strong expertise in cost management, payment certification, and commercial project control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost analysis activities, reviewing project documentation, preparing payment certificates, monitoring budgets, and supporting commercial operations. Immediate joiners with strong analytical and technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
• Review invoices, variations, and supporting project documents.
• Prepare quotations, price comparison statements, and cost evaluations.
• Perform detailed costing and cost analysis for projects.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare regular cost reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, contracts, and site teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and payment documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of payment certification, cost analysis, and price comparisons.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management tools.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately.
