Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Gender Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields).
Have prior experience in GBV programming, community engagement, research, case management, or psychosocial support.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and report‑writing skills.
Be familiar with GBV prevention and response frameworks, survivor‑centered approaches, and county‑level community structures.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with GVRC’s mission as Kenya’s pioneer institution in GBV management under the Nairobi Women’s Hospital Trust.
Consultancy roles may require field assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, data collection, and development of intervention strategies.
