Description:

The company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting commercial operations by preparing quotations, coordinating customer contracts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal departments.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage commercial documentation, monitor customer requirements, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused and capable of handling commercial activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding transportation service requirements.

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain complete records of customer inquiries, quotations, approvals, revisions, and supporting documents within the Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Keep updated records of finalized quotations, customer-specific pricing agreements, and any pricing revisions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to obtain quotation feedback and secure order confirmations.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates regarding order status.

• Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements, contract renewals, and scope modifications.

• Support customer onboarding activities and maintain accurate customer master data within company systems.

• Respond professionally to commercial inquiries while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Address customer concerns related to pricing, service scope, and operational requirements.

• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to verify fleet suitability, route survey requirements, and operational feasibility before submitting commercial proposals.

• Work closely with the operations team regarding shipment schedules, mobilization plans, and customer commitments.

• Assist in resolving operational challenges that may affect customer deliveries.

• Ensure customer commitments are communicated accurately to the operations department.

• Coordinate with the finance department regarding customer account reconciliation and credit control matters.

• Maintain smooth communication between all departments throughout project execution.

• Provide regular progress reports, pending action updates, and recommended action plans to the Commercial Manager and management team.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial operations, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prepare accurate commercial quotations and pricing proposals.

• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Professional approach to handling customer concerns and commercial inquiries.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Commercial quotation preparation and pricing documentation.

    • Customer relationship management and contract coordination.

    • Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics operations, and Microsoft Office applications
