A Dubai-based contracting and interior fit-out company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid UAE construction experience and a strong background in managing fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
The successful candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines. Candidates with the required Dubai Municipality approval and G+1 License are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction, fit-out, and renovation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports and ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Support project planning and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved with a valid G+1 License.
• Experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional, confident, and able to interact effectively with clients and consultants.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction methods, fit-out, and renovation projects
• Site management, project coordination, and quality control
• Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering standards
