Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join its team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in industrial or camp catering who can lead daily catering operations while ensuring exceptional service standards.
The successful candidate will oversee workforce management, menu planning, food safety compliance, and client relationships. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and supervise catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan menus while maintaining quality, cost control, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial or camp catering within the Middle East.
• Strong experience in team leadership, workforce management, and client relations.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Excellent skills in menu planning, cost control, and operational management.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
