Time House Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Category Executive to join its retail team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in category management, product coordination, SKU management, and retail or e-commerce operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product master data, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring product information is complete and up to date across all sales channels. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain complete SKU-level master data, including EANs, product attributes, descriptions, pricing, supplier information, and product categorization.
• Manage product data and digital assets, including product images and content.
• Ensure e-commerce product listings are accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
• Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, or inconsistent product information.
• Maintain and distribute Category Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) while tracking pending actions.
• Coordinate product information with Procurement, Finance, E-commerce, Logistics, and Category teams.
• Maintain category trackers, databases, and related documentation.
• Proactively follow up on missing information and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Master Data, Category Operations, E-commerce, Merchandising, or Retail Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data cleaning.
• Experience with ERP and e-commerce systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of SKU management, EAN/barcodes, pricing, and product attributes.
