Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is hiring a Cashier cum Sales professional for its Dubai branch. The company is looking for a customer-focused and energetic individual who can deliver excellent service while supporting daily cashier, sales, and café operations.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cashiering or sales, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Candidates holding their own visa are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
• Upsell menu items, combo offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Operate the POS system for billing and order processing.
• Manage cash and card transactions while supporting daily cash closing.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café operating standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
• Coordinate effectively with team members during peak business hours.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Own visa is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• POS systems and billing operations
• Cash handling and customer service
• Inventory support and basic food & beverage preparation
