Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in HR, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, human resources, or career development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette.
- Experience in conducting soft skills training and competency-based assessments. Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong mentorship skills and passion for student development.
