Job Description

Role Overview

  • We are looking for sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Have sales experience
  • Be voice-trained with prior experience in voice support
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Speak fluent, standard English with a professional and polite tone
  • Have knowledge or experience in IoT, remote management, or software backend systems
  • Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills
  • Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Nice to have

  • Have experience managing or using audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers)
  • Be familiar with tools like Salesforce
  • Be comfortable reading scripts and basic codes

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
  • Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
  • Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
  • Provide professional and polite responses at all times
  • Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
