We are looking for a friendly, professional, female Call Center Representative who can speak fluent English and Arabic to join our team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Female age 25-35 years old
- Preferably with call center, reception, customer service or front-desk experience, in a medical and aesthetic clinic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional and polished appearance
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR booking system, MS Office and POS
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
