Canadian Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to provide outstanding service to patients and ensure seamless communication within the hospital. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate hospital information, scheduling and confirming appointments, and professionally handling patient inquiries. The role also involves maintaining detailed call records, updating patient information, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or hospital systems
- Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage high call volumes
