Description:

Scientechnic is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven CAFM Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems who are passionate about improving facilities operations through accurate data management, maintenance planning, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CAFM platform, maintaining facility and asset records, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting compliance initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative facilities and building technology solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CAFM system while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

• Create, update, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Generate work orders, track service requests, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

• Prepare CAFM reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.

• Maintain asset registers, equipment records, and facility documentation within the CAFM platform.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to support efficient facilities operations.

• Support space management, asset lifecycle tracking, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure facility-related information is accurately updated within the CAFM database.

• Assist with facilities management planning and administrative activities.

• Monitor contractor performance and maintain maintenance records.

• Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

• Maintain records of service contracts, warranties, and statutory certifications.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet operational requirements.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational analyses for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms.

• Strong understanding of facilities management processes and maintenance workflows.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

• UAE experience in facilities management will be an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of:

• CAFM/CMMS systems and database management.

• Facilities management operations, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

• Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, compliance documentation, and performance reporting.
