Description:
A stylish and well-established café located in the Umm Al Sheif area on Al Wasl Road, Dubai, is currently expanding its team and looking for passionate hospitality professionals. The café offers a refined working environment where service quality, customer experience, and teamwork are highly valued. Candidates with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the F&B industry are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Open Positions:
1. Supervisor
• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and guide team members to maintain high service standards
• Supervise coffee and beverage preparation processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related issues professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational efficiency
• Maintain quality control and hygiene standards
Requirements (Supervisor):
• Strong background in coffee and beverage operations
• Previous experience in team supervision and café operations
• Ability to manage staff and handle busy service environments
Salary: AED 6,000
2. Junior Waiter
• Assist in serving food and beverages to customers
• Support senior staff in daily café operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Learn and develop skills within the hospitality environment
Requirements (Junior Waiter):
• Entry-level candidates or those with basic F&B experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
Salary: AED 3,000
