Café Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Café Manager to lead operations for a premium café concept in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in all-day dining, specialty coffee operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage daily café operations, lead and develop the team, maintain service standards, and drive business performance through effective sales management, cost control, and operational excellence. Candidates with UAE F&B management experience and premium café or all-day dining backgrounds will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Lead, train, and motivate the café team to achieve operational goals.

• Maintain high standards of guest experience, food quality, and service excellence.

• Manage specialty coffee operations and all-day dining service requirements.

• Monitor sales performance, cost control, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service standards.

• Develop team capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor and support daily service activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar leadership role.

• UAE F&B management experience is required.

• Experience in premium café, specialty coffee, or all-day dining concepts is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of café operations, guest service, and team management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate, hands-on, and customer-focused hospitality professional.
