Hiring: Business Development Manager – Commercial Interiors | Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to become part of a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out organization based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the dynamics of the workspace interiors market and is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a client-facing role within an expanding team, with long-term career progression and exposure to high-quality commercial projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial interiors and fit-out sector
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and key industry stakeholders
• Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry networking events
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to project award
• Collaborate closely with internal design, estimating, and project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met

Candidate Requirements:


• Minimum of 4 years of overall sales experience
• At least 2 years of proven experience in commercial interiors or workspace fit-out within Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of the local market, competitors, and industry trends
• Experience dealing with corporate and multinational clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree is required

This role involves a balance of time spent in the office and out in the market, meeting clients and attending site visits. It is well-suited for professionals seeking stability, growth, and advancement within a reputable and expanding interiors team.
