Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Mejoy IT Service LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its social entertainment business in Dubai and across the MENA region. You will find and engage high-value users, build trusted relationships through digital channels, and turn user insights into practical approaches for acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential VIP and high-value users through competitor platforms, online communities, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct outreach and nurture relationships using WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and similar platforms.
• Understand user interests and spending patterns to improve outreach, conversion, and ongoing engagement.
• Develop and apply initiatives that support user retention and increase long-term customer value.
• Research new acquisition channels and identify opportunities to broaden the user base.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and users while looking for ways to support sustainable business growth.
• Monitor market developments and user feedback to inform business development activity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proactive, self-directed approach and a strong interest in finding commercial opportunities.
• Confident communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Comfort with outreach, negotiation, and working toward conversion and growth targets.
• Knowledge of business development, user acquisition, customer relationship management, and social media engagement.
• Experience in social entertainment, live streaming, gaming, B2C sales, user acquisition, or VIP customer management is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline is listed as the expected qualification.
