Description:
A growing organization is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support seller acquisition and business expansion initiatives in Dubai. This role combines both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, offering a dynamic environment for individuals who enjoy engaging with clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new sellers and business partners to expand the company’s network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration
• Conduct field visits to meet potential partners and present business opportunities
• Achieve sales and acquisition targets in a competitive, performance-driven environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management
Requirements:
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B field sales
• Prior exposure to industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or distribution is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi will be considered an added benefit
• Must be comfortable working in a target-focused role that involves frequent fieldwork
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
